Every game on Steam has tags that players vote on, like "Souls-like", "Story Rich" or "Co-op". We combine the tags of the games you love into a taste profile, then find the games whose tags match it best. Games that players review well get a small boost. Each recommendation tells you which of your games it's closest to and what they have in common.

Yes. After adding a game, click its name and pick what you loved about it, for example "Story Rich" and "Mythology". Those parts then count fully and everything else about the game only counts a little, so you get story-driven games instead of more of the same combat. Pick nothing and the whole game counts.

Yes. Click "Import your Steam library" and paste your Steam profile link. We read which games you own and how long you've played them, use your most-played games as your taste, and leave out games you already own. Your profile and game details need to be public in your Steam privacy settings. You never give us your Steam password, and we don't save your game list.

It shows how closely a game's tags match your taste profile. Above 60% is a strong match: the game is very similar to what you like. Lower matches can still be great if you want something a little different.

Yes. Prices come straight from the Steam store when you search, and are never more than 10 minutes old. If a game is on sale, you'll see the discount, the sale price and the normal price crossed out.

It's completely free, and you can get recommendations without an account. A free account lets you log the games you've bought and rate them. Your ratings then shape your recommendations, and games you already own are hidden.

Yes. Under "How do you want to play?" pick Solo, Co-op or Versus (competitive multiplayer). This uses Steam's own information about each game's modes, so you can be sure you can actually play it together.

Every pick has a 👍 and a 👎. A 👍 counts like a lighter favourite, so you'll see more games like it. A 👎 hides that game and steers away from games like it. They're saved in your browser, and you can reset them under “Games you like”.

Yes. Choose your store region under "Budget". We support 14 regions, including the US, UK, Europe, the Nordics, Canada, Australia, Brazil, India and Japan. Steam prices and sales can differ between regions.
